Three New Faces
One month ago we launched 3 new websites to better serve the readers of The Cattleman magazine and the members of Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association (TSCRA).
The sites — tscra.org, thecattlemanmagazine.com and tscrainsurance.com — are separate, but linked to make the association and its information more visible to the public and more accessible to the members and readers.
Read daily news headlines at tscra.org.
For the most complete cattle industry calendar, bookmark thecattlemanmagazine.com.
To learn about the useful and diverse insurance products offered to members, visit tscrainsurance.com.
Keep an eye on all the pages for breaking news and action alerts. Browse the tscra.org Issues & Policy pages to learn about the wide variety of issues on which TSCRA is working for members.
It's easier to find your special ranger now, thanks to a handy dropdown menu in the Theft & Law pages. Use the menu to find your county, click "Go" and you'll find the special ranger for your district, and the market inspectors in the district.
There is much more to be found on the 3 sites, and we'll continue to upgrade and add to the content of the sites. I'd like your help to make thecattlemanmagazine.com our community site. Please take advantage of the "Subscriber Photos" tab and send me pictures from your part of the world. We'll load them into a slide show to share with our visitors.
Launching 3 new sites is a team effort involving every member of the TSCRA staff and our Web design company, Out of Nowhere, based in Fort Worth.
I am deeply grateful for the help and support everyone provided to get the new faces of TSCRA, TSCRA Insurance Services and The Cattleman magazine online. It is my privilege to single out Kristin Hawkins on The Cattleman staff who provides you with the daily TSCRA News Update, TSCRA's emailed newsletter. Kristin spent countless, patient hours working with our Web designer and staff, loading the content of each site, checking links and functions.
Please let us know what you think about the 3 new online faces for TSCRA, The Cattleman and TSCRA Insurance Services. Your input will make all of our conversations with you stronger and better.
